4/19/21 thru 5/25/21

April 19:  A MVA occurred at Ohio River Blvd and Fisk Avenue.

April 21:  Christopher G. Thomas, 35, Pgh, was arrested for a bench warrant and cited for driving under suspension and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

April 22:  A resident reported that she was tossed out of an apartment.

April 22:  Officers responded to 414 Ohio River Blvd for a male/female verbal domestic.

April 22:  A MVA occurred on Clive Street.  A vehicle began to roll down the street backward and hit 2 vehicles.

April 22:  Officers were dispatched to the area of S. Birmingham Avenue and Florence Ave for a report of two males fighting.  Hassan Said, 22, Avalon was arrested for an Assault with hands and feet.

April 30:  Officers reported to 613 Orchard Avenue for a threat report.

May 1:  A MVA occurred at 323 S. Home Avenue for a report of a hit and run in the rear parking lot of this location.

May 2:  Gregory James Perdue, 37, Bellevue was arrested for a warrant out of Beaver County.

May 2:  Officers were dispatched to 323 S. Home Avenue for a report of a stolen wallet from within her apartment.

May 2:  Polce were dispatched to 276 Spruce Run Road for a dog that bit another dog.

May 2:  A resident came to the station to make a fraud report concerning a sale she made on-line.

May 3:  Police responded to 523 Marie Avenue for a MVA.  A vehicle's ladder truck made contact with a basketball hoop near the sidewalk and was dragged down the street.

May 3:  police were called to 855 Jackman Avenue for a hit and run report.

May 4:  Lindsey Beth Diamond, 30, Avalon, was arrested for a warrant out of Beaver County for a DUI and one from Indiana County for a probation violation.

May 4:  A resident of Avalon reported that her car was broken into overnight.

May 4:  Officers responded to 1001 New Brighton Road for a fraud report.  The resident was scammed on Craiglist.

May 6:  Police responded to the Red White and Blue for a theft of a purse.  The shopper was inside the store shopping with her purse.  When she exited the store and returned to her vehicle, she realized her purse was missing.

May 8:  Following an accident at Metowers,  Cooper Alexander Paesang, 25, Sewickley, was arrested.  The intoxicated driver was operating a pick-up truck and struck the arm closing off the private parking area.

May 9:  A MVA occurred at Ohio River Blvd and Fisk Avenue, with entrapments.  Three vehicles were involved.  All three cars had to be towed.  Abigail Runko, 27, Avalon, was cited for reckless and careless driving.

May 11:  Officers were called to 300 Union Avenue for a report of a sexual assault.

May 14:  A MVA occurred at 935 Ohio River Blvd for a hit and run with no injuries.  Both vehicles had to be towed.

May 15:  A MVA occurred at 1015 Ohio River Blvd.  No one was injured.

May 16:  Police were dispatched to Burger King for a disorderly call.  An employee stated that a female in the drive thru was belligerent because it took long to serve her.  An argument ensued and the suspect began threatening the employee.  The suspect then called the store 7 times harassing the manager.

May 17:  A resident of Ohio River Blvd reported that her car was broken into and someone stole her gun.

May 18:  A MVA occurred at 900 Clive Street.  A neighbor was driving intoxicated ad hit parked cars backing down the street.

May 18:  A resident reported that she believed that her shotgun was missing, after moving from one address to another.

May 21:  Officers responded to a 600 Orchard Avenue for a hit and run report.

May 22:  Following a traffic stop, Mauritz Joseph Loyal Doubt, 30, Spring Garden was arrested for possession of firearms.  Robert Morrow III, 21, also of Spring Garden and Louis Smith II, 25, Avalon were also cited.

May 22:  A Taylor Avenue resident reported that his car was broken into and his wallet was taken.

May 23:  Police were dispatched to Avalon Apartments for a theft report.

May 23:  A MVA occurred around Elizabeth and Ohio River Blvd.  One vehicle had to be towed.  No injuries reported.

May 25:  Officers were dispatched to the area of 841 California Avenue for a hit and run.
